How I practice "Down Time"

I am always going 1000 miles an hour- publishing and writing books, magazines, (BLOGS!)have 3 small children and don't forget the FAB husband who puts up with me!

I try to take a few minutes whenever I get a chance and practice my "Breathing Techniques". I sit still, turn off EVERYTHING, and close my eyes. Then I spend 3 seconds breathing in, holding it for 3 seconds and then exhaling for 3 seconds. You can actually change your brain chemistry and feel enormously better! If I REALLY want to feel well, I meditate and think about all of the things that I am grateful for. I always keeps me in a positive place!
